  • Input orders and forecasts manually or automatically
  • Check availibility
  • Take all necessary actions to ensure an in-time-delivery to the customer
  • Confirm to customer
  • Issue deliveries to customer
  • Handling of stock inquiries
  • Handling of daily correspondence
  • Take immediate actions in case of line stop
  • Support Manager and other departments in customer related projects
  • Run tests for customer related projects
  • Provide best customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Processing of complaints and returns


  • German and English fluently spoken and written
  • Confident use of computer applications
  • Customer orientated
  • Cost-concious thinking
  • Analytical thinking and excellent numerical comprehension
  • Readiness for flexible working time, overtime, businesstrips and further education
